Don’t Become A Victim Of Identity Theft

One of my online friends was a victim of identity theft.  And it happened to her just recently.  Identity thieves are like hackers.  They steal your very important personal information and use it for themselves.  Without you knowing, your credit card has been swiped overly and you will be shocked when you learn that you have been a victim of identity theft.  It can happen even if you are on a travel or vacation.  How can we protect ourselves from these wicked people?

1.  Never reveal your confidential information like passwords, bank PIN numbers, account numbers, Social Security, and other personal data to anyone.

2.  Shred all unwanted documents and communication materials that contain your confidential and personal data.

3.  If you are on a tour and doing some shopping, keep the receipts and decide what you want to do with them when you get home.

4.  Always wear a crossbody purse.

These are some of the identity theft protection safety tips and reminders.  There are more helpful ways like getting the identity theft protection services.  Of course, you have to approach a reliable source for this.  I am hearing of Lifelock services.  Lifelock reviews show that it provides way more than just credit monitoring.  That means, you are protected from identity theft even if you are traveling in different parts of the world.

One thing is for sure.  Wherever we go and whatever we do we, we are responsible in protecting ourselves from bad elements in this world.

Car Maintenance

My car is displaying “Maintenance Required”.  I told my husband about it and he said maybe my car is due for an oil change.  That wouldn’t be possible for now because we still have about a thousand mileage before its due.

You see our car should be taken care of like any other valuable things we own.  Without it, we cannot move from place to place.  We cannot go on a road travel whenever we want to.  Car maintenance is very important.

Always check and condition your car as frequently as possible.

Alerts and warnings like Inflation Warning and Maintenance Required should not be taken for granted.

Remove clutters and  tidy the inside of your car.

Take your car to the car wash often if you are not able to do it.

There are lots of other ways to care for your vehicle.  The above mentioned are some of the simplest.

Seasonal Work Load

Seasonal work loads like we have in customer service is tiring of some sort but it is also enjoyable. Though we encounter situations where customers rushed at the counter with tons of merchandise to have gift wrapped for FREE and spend time itemizing, the customers give us cheer as they talk/share their shopping plans for the holidays. Besides the routine in our workplace, we do sales too.

Once in a while, we get tips from customers who appreciate our hard work on gift wrapping. Tips which we can use in buying refreshments on long working hours these holiday season. Of course, we are very thankful for that. We do the best we could to give good customer service.
