The Family’s Fit Lifestyle

Last night was the first Valentine’s Party my honey and I attended. I will say, it was quite fun. Besides arriving “late”, parlor games were not that much. The venue was pleasant though.

The host couple, who are doctors,were very hospitable and warm. And ah! The food was good. While eating dinner we had some talk with the wife regarding the dish she prepared, Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables. She said her husband always wanted it to be nutritious. Their family eats a well-balanced diet all the time. Also, they engage themselves to regular exercise routine. She said that their health is getting to the point where they need to do things necessary to stay fit. Besides having a home fitness equipment for regular exercise use, they avoid unhealthy habits such as staying up late at night and smoking.
