The college experience is unlike any other. There will never be another time in your life full of so much discovery, so much social interaction, and so much fun. These facets of the college life are just a part of the reason why living in on campus housing at Clemson University is so integral to getting the full effect of the college experience. You may want to save a little bit of money by living at home and commuting to school, or living off campus, but what you’ll miss out on by not living on campus will more than be outweighed by the amazing experiences that you can have when you choose campus housing. Keep reading for just a few of the benefits that come with living on the Clemson campus.
A Built-in Social Network
One of the biggest benefits of living in campus housing is the built-in social network. Rather than going out of your way to try and be social, you will be at the center of a group of students just like you. This means that parties, weekend socials, dances, and study groups will spring up organically, and you will be in a position to participate in whichever of these activities interest you. Studying with someone or getting tutored by an advanced student might be just as easy as walking down the hall to another apartment! This convenience factor and social network are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the benefits of campus housing.
Campus Housing Is Convenient
Campus housing is not only convenient in the social sense, but also because you’ll be so close to campus and all of the resources of that campus that you’ll be able to easily take advantage of all that your university has to offer. The housing at Clemson University is the perfect way to ensure that you are close enough to campus that you won’t have to pay for parking, you are at the center of all that’s going on socially, and that you get the full effect of the college experience. The price you pay for your monthly rent is more than worth it for the experiences and education that you’ll carry for the rest of your life.
Year 2014 is approaching fast and we’ll be celebrating the New Year before we know it. You know how much I look forward to our family’s next long vacation. I love going to a vacation. Relaxing and having a great time with the family in a beach resort. My husband and I are planning to another vacation in the next two years so we can save enough money.
But early next year is my youngest sister’s graduation from college. I talked to my husband about going home to attend the graduation. Just me. It would be difficult for me if I’ll take my little one with me. Traveling with a toddler by myself is not gonna be easy. Plus, my husband will be totally worried about us.
Hopefully I can go home on my sister’s graduation day because, I already searched for graduation dresses 2013 and found a graduation dress for her. I have also seen a dress that I would like to wear on her graduation day. The A-Line/Princess Halter Knee-Length dress on the left will mostly likely fit for my sister. It’s too cute! She likes pink and I can imagine how gorgeous she would look in that dress in pink. The dress on the right, Square Neckline Kate Middleton Style, is perfect for myself to wear on the occasion. I like the color of it because it’ll make me look taller. 🙂 On special occasion like this, you would want to find a dress first before anything else.
I am so optimistic that I will be able to attend my sister’s graduation day next year. If it’s confirmed, the next step is planning a family dinner at our favorite resort hotel.
Have you ever thought of something you can do to save money besides cutting your monthly bills in half? If I say shopping can also save you money, you might raise an eyebrow on me. These days we stretch our budgets as far as they could to accommodate our families’ needs especially on school matters.
It is true that when we shop for personal things like clothing and accessories, we always go for the item we like at the very least price to save money. Sometimes the store we go to does not have the things we need so we visit another store. I found an online store that will provide not only discounts on items but also the opportunity to benefit in shopping. MissionTuition.com offers shopping with benefits. Parents like us get huge deals and discounts when they shop at the participating stores and merchants in order to earn rewards for educational purposes. Paying for college education is not easy. At least in this way, becoming a member in Mission Tuition, we can get the opportunity to acquire help in the means of savings.
It sounds interesting to me. I was thinking, I have to start saving for my child’s education soon.
