Few minutes of my arrival to work, a man asked me where do we file the tax exemption documentation. I gave him the binder of the documents, and I showed him the area where we store the files. The he started getting the other binders…checking the files one by one. He left after a while of checking. My associate said that was the auditor. What?! Good thing I knew where our files at.
I was told that there is going to be a store audit but I did not know it will be this month. The auditor started auditing since Tuesday. He audited all the operational jobs and files in each department in the store, including us in the Customer Service. Well, congratulations to us! The store passed the audit!
