It is the third week of the month and I am starting to feel weird. I am expecting something to arrive and I just had a PMS (Pre-menstrual syndrome) since yesterday. PMS comes to me once in a while when I am stressed and tired. I feel kind of weak and sensitive to bright light which accompanies headache when I have PMS. Until now I still feel a little bit of throbbing in the right side of my temple. My mother-in-law gave me a bottle of peppermint oil a month ago. She said I should apply and rub a little on my temples to help ease the discomfort. Good thing Mom has given it to me because I really need it now. I am so thankful.
