What Are Your Travel Goals?

Hello, friends!  Happy New year!  How was you New Years?  As for me, we celebrated at home with lots of fireworks.  My dear husband invited some of his colleagues and they brought fireworks, too.  It was a great celebration, as usual, but this time it’s more sentimental.  I mean, in addition to the New Year’s, we were also celebrating all the luck in the world. It was so big deal for us because, from that huge calamity that hit some towns in Texas, we were not affected.  I hope you had a wonderful New Year celebration, too.

Anyway, one of the things we’re thankful for is that our vacation to the Philippines in Spring is finalized though I am not completely happy because my dear husband is not going with us on this trip.  But this vacation is very important because my darling daughter will be spending time with my side of the family.  As you know, my parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews live in the Philippines.  I haven’t petitioned one of my parents yet to come over to the US.  Hopefully when my application for naturalization gets approved, I will be able to petition them this year.  This is one of my priority goals in 2016.

How about you? What are your travel goals this year?

New Adventures And Goals In 2015

Happy New Year!  Another year is here.  New adventures and traveling experiences are ahead.  I hope and pray that 2015 will bring us nice things to encounter.  Blessings may overflow in our homes.  How was your New Year’s Eve celebration? Did you travel or just stayed home?  As for my household, we just stayed home like we always do every new year.  We didn’t have company this time because of the major repair done in our house. We didn’t do lots of fireworks, also.  We just lit up a few sparklers left over from the 4th of July.  We let our darling daughter do it because she loves fireworks.  It was super cold outside last night anyway.

Sparks. Happy New Year!
Sparks. Happy New Year!

As per new goals and plans, I am hoping that all of our endeavors will come true and fulfilled with flying colors.

I have so many plans for this year include:

Vacation to my home country in the Fall

Apply for Naturalization

Accomplish the process of Land Title Transfer

Assist my sister with Job Hunting

Focus on teaching my daughter in preparation for school next year

Sell more on eBay

Save more for future travels and vacations

Hopefully, my husband and I will be able to handle and accomplish most of these goals.  I know he works very hard.  And my share on these is to keep my time precious because time flies by like an arrow.  And we can’t turn it back as soon as it passes.  Time is gold.  With God’s grace, I know we can manage and achieve all our goals.

How about you?  What are your goals this year?

Again, happy New Year.  Wishing you all the best.  Cheers!

Half Way Of Achieving The Goal

This is my 4th of 8. I am half way of achieving the goal of surviving my eight working days this week. Why eight days? Because I had requested three days off for a supposedly dental appointment. The appointment was canceled because the dentist will be going for a vacation on ‘that’ day. It is too late for me to redo the day-off schedule request because my boss had it approved.

Oh well, my husband thought of something to do on that 3-day weekend. We might go to Arkansas! Woohoo! Traveling again, huh! I love it.
