Travel Planning In Spring

This week Spring season officially begins (March 21 in US) and, in a couple of weeks or so, we will be seeing colorful blooms all over the place.  Trees will grow their leaves again.  My husband said to me that I will be able to tell if Spring is here when the peach trees start to bloom.

We are ready for Spring, that’s for sure.  This is the season when people start planning for Spring and Summer vacations.  Getting ready to have their beach bodies back while enjoying the beauty of nature at the same time.  As for me and my family, we are looking forward to having portraits taken with the Texas Bluebonnets again.  I believe that some people travel and visit Texas to see the state’s flower in the Spring.  Anyway, we are also thinking of going to the beach this summer.  I am pretty sure that my darling daughter will enjoy picking up shells on the beach.  Hopefully we will be able to save enough money for our travels this year.

This season, we will try to visit the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Zoo.  These two are among the best attractions that are recommendable for kids…even for adults, too.

  1. This reminds me that I have to start planning for summer travels. My kids had spring break this week but I was traveling for work so I did not get to take them anywhere fun.

  2. I can always tell when spring is finally in the air, although we still have snows once in a while though it’s already spring however the growing back of tree’s leaves and flowers is one chance that the weather is getting warmer.
