Job Efficiency In A Restaurant

When we were on a trip to Tyler, my husband’s parents took us Shogun Restaurant.  It is not a big of a place but sure it has customers.  The staff cooks the food you ordered right in front of you.  That’s really cool because you got to see the ingredients, spices, and stuff.  The cooks also do tricks while cooking.

All the utensils the cooks need for cooking the food are available close to their reach.  The spice rack is full of different kinds of herbs and spices.  Their hands are quick.  As soon as they finished cooking the food, the order is directly placed in the customer’s plate.  Smoking hot!

Having small spice racks close by is very convenient to these cooks in a restaurant.  In addition to their fast moves in cooking, they already what spice to get because of the properly organized kitchen spice racks.  It also adds to their efficiency in the job.

Getting Directions Thru Google Maps

My MIL came over today because her and I are going to attend her granddaughter’s Bridal Shower in Allen.  Both of us are not familiar with the place where the party is going to be held.  I always look at Google Maps whenever I needed directions on how to get to places.  Google Maps is very reliable on that.  I just don’t understand why it always want’s me to take roads with lots of  traffic lights.

Anyway, my mother-in-law has a direction telling us to take another route.  Since the event is in Allen, we are taking Hwy380 to Hwy 121.  From there we just have to get on South Custer Rd to the venue.  She has a Toll Tag.  I don’t so we will be driving her car.  I thought that’s going to be a nice drive.  My husband suggests that I should get a Toll tag too.  Nah…I will think about it more.

We are excited to see MIL’s granddaughter at her Bridal Shower today.
