My Favorite Carrier

Here is an update on our upcoming vacation to the Philippines.  We talked to our travel agent in Plano regarding our plans to travel this year.  We asked about ticket prices and advice on departure dates.  Because we think of going within the fourth  quarter of this year, the airfare is extremely high due to high season.  We were comparing ticket prices between departure dates and we agreed to avail the option that we can get savings of $1000 from airfare.

Like before, we will be flying Korean Air.  My husband and I liked Korean Air because it flies direct to Seoul, Korea and they always have reasonable ticket prices.  It has been a pleasant experience flying with Korean Airlines.  It is our favorite carrier.

If you have not tried it yet, go to KoreanAir.com and check their flight specials, travel, and tours.

Close to Beach

Being this close to the beach doesn’t mean we don’t have to work. In fact, most people who have never been here have no idea what Honolulu is like…it’s actually a bustling city but you know, at the end of the day I really love that it’s so close to the beach. I spend a lot of time with my clear wire honolulu out on my patio listening to the waves crash while I get work done. I know it sounds totally silly but at the end of the day I really think it’s important to have a good balance between work and life – it’s great to be outside soaking up the sun while you’re dialing in with the office. I actually work in marketing so my job is just as high pressure as anyone’s in any big city but you know, that’s the bad part. The good part is that I get to get off work and go for a long surf or a run – that’s the best part of living in Hawaii!
